India has suspended international flights and domestic flights from 23rd march and 25th march respectively due to the covet-19 outbreak. Two months later the government resumed only domestic flights from 25th meme on Thursday 16th July 2020 civil aviation minister hardeep Singh puri in a press conference announced that it has set up air bubbles with France and the us to resume international commercial flights from 24 July air bubbles means an exclusive flight travel agreement between two countries here India has made an agreement with USA and France to allow flights from these countries in India.

Indian flights can go to these countries he added that in this pandemic air bubbles are the only way for resuming international air travel Mr puri said before the Covid outbreak there were many international flights that were making trips due to the pandemic the flights were stopped flights have started but there aren't as many as before we do not know when the frequency will increase so for now we can get into air bubbles with these countries.They will try to increase the number of passengers but there will be strict conditions to ensure safety countries still have entry restrictions including India under the bilateral air bubbles with France and USA the Indian government owned air. 
India will operate international flights to the two countries as for the agreements air France will operate flights from delhi Mumbai and bengaluru to Paris the flights will start from 18th July to 1st august 28 flights will operate american airlines and united airlines will operate flights between India and the us from 17th July to 31st July 18 flights will be operational India is in talks to set up similar arrangements with the united kingdom to operate two flights in a day between delhi and London puri also said that India has received a request from Germany.
